Can't bump drone when it's not in move #19

also it looks some laggy

There's code in drone entities which makes them snap to their target position when they're very close. I'm assuming that's why punching and shoving them seems to have no effect when they're still (i.e. already at the target position). I did also notice that they're a bit glitchy, especially when flying through players, but I'm not sure why.
