Added McGonagall's Ancestry #64

Professor McGonagall's ancestry was told by the one-who-shall-not-be-named when she told her story. Her mother was a witch while her father was a muggle.

Thanks for the merge! Actually, J.K. Rowling did elucidate Minerva's story. It is really lovely but rather tragic. It's on Pottermore a.k.a. Wizardingworld as well as Wikipedia. You mentioned "the one-who-shall-not-be-named" initially, so I was not sure how he contributed in McGonagall's story 😄
