Set up EKS on AWS. Later we may setup GKE on GCP, and AKS on Azure.
Document setup steps for each cloud provider in the README.md.
Add necessary Kubernetes credentials (e.g., KUBECONFIG_DATA for each cloud) to GitHub Secrets.

eksctl is a command-line tool specifically designed to simplify the process of creating and managing EKS clusters. It was developed by Weaveworks in collaboration with AWS and acts as a higher-level tool that wraps native AWS and Kubernetes commands to make the setup and management of EKS clusters much faster and less error-prone.
