Unable to login using api

Hii Team, I am facing API related issue while login to the neo-API. I am having 3 accounts of kotak Neo , I am able to get logged in into the two accounts using MPIN, but when i am trying to login 3rd one its giving me error. Pleases do check this issue and solved it asap and also one problem is the i am unable get OTP for that 3rd account

I think the team is making some changes to the login or might be updating the API , @shashwat001 Please let us know so we can take the required measures

I was able to use MPIN instead of 4digit otp for 2fa. then I have changed my MPIN and now

1. its not accepting MPIN for 2fa
2. and I am not receiving otp for API 2fa

@Kotak-Neo i was working with documentation this everything was working fine , like i was able to fetch limit's and holding , but when i tried to place order i am getting this response

hi @kalilinux-png, it fixed issue for me by providing new password.

1. in my case API was accepting old password and i was able to fetch limit's and holding
2. I just replaced old-password with current-password
3. and it fixed issues.

brother can you please check your credentials. that might solve issue

it tried to change the password and then I used the updated password but it did not work in my case, not sure what could be the issue

I am using same algo since last 4 months there wasnt any issues but today i face this issue .
