Content not found when download

I often experience an error when downloading which shows that the content is not found, but if the chapter is read directly, it can be done and there are no errors. Please fix this.

I think it'd be good if you were able to be more specific. What is the actual error saying? What are the exact actions you took before encouraging that error?
