Make another option for Scale mode "Keep at start" That start zoomed in on the top right corner

Its already there. Just read a manga 3 dots. Change it to standard from there. Then enjoy left to right reading mode.

I am not talking about Reading mode As you see in the photo its the scale mode, the option "keep at start" let you start the next page already zoomed in to the top left corner And there is no option to make it start zoomed in on the top right corner
