Configurable 'Check for new chapters' interval

Please add an option to set how often the check for new chapters runs: Every 12 hours, Daily, every 2 ways, every week, (possibly: every 2 weeks). Thanks!

i saw this was added as 'more frequently' and 'less frequently', but please, show the actual values. i doubt anyone will use 'less frequently' from the name alone, but presented with 3 specific time intervals, they might choose the more conservative one.

It is impossible to set the exact interval since checking is actually happens in multiple runs and interval is dynamic and depends on the library size (amount of manga to check)
