Add filter support in search

Describe your suggested feature

In the sources of the application generally multiple sources like imhentai.xxx the search can be done but without taking into account the filter I therefore propose to ensure that when one does a search in this source to take into account the filters as for the language or the gender.

This requires changes in the parsers library first. And this is a most challenging part to handle both search query and filters since a lot of manga sources do not support it
