Describe your suggested feature

The app should enable weekly backups and image optimization proxy by default when its newly installed.

This will solve the issues of slow downloads for users who dont know about the proxy. And also be good for people who dont know about backups or forgot to turn them on, incase it is needed. This wont be any issue because the backups merely take some KBs of storage.
