Missing release tag 0.5.8-rc.3 #425

Dukat 0.5.8-rc.3 is released on npm, but there is no tag on GitHub. This leads to confusing.

This commit needs the tag 6c10cd3c75cd9173303971c92d3b50a5fa0197f7

https://github.com/Kotlin/dukat/releases/tag/v0.5 this tag is also wrong, should be v0.5.8-rc2
