basedtypeshed changes are being made directly in the vendored version in basedmypy, so i dont think theres any point keeping this repo

actually no because we probably want to use the same typeshed for both basedpyright and basedmypy

or maybe it's too difficult to do that, and would require making changes specific to each type checker if there are ever instances where we deviate
