They are useful, so why do they only exist at typetime?

should this issue be moved to basedtypeshed?

I think it's immoral that _typeshed exists in typeshed as a stub. It's acting like useful typing members, yet can't actually be used. They should actually belong in typing imo. So basedtyping makes sense.
