Logo redesign #175

We are changing the name and logo of the project. It is changing from "koto" to "peacenik" - because it makes it clear that this is a group for non-hate, non-violence, and you'll get kicked off if you're a trump-supporting asshole.

@inna-matvienko please attach new logos. We need big ones and small ones please. The ones we created before were only small for the app, but we also need some larger ones to put on github pages, and docs, and other places.

@dimakrsna please change all appearances of "koto" to "peacenik"

EXCEPT - the name of my company remains Koto LLC. So the footer copyright should be Koto LLC.

@mreider The name "koto" remains in the references koto.at In the rest places changed
