Upgrade to bootstrap v2.0.4 #26

File input widgets are not styled consistently with the used bootstrap version. The upgrade to v2.0.4 fixes this.

Please double check the changes. I did not introduce new selenium failures, but who knows. The upgrade progress was not so intuitive.
