See #1: I think we should keep deform_bootstrap's resources minimal. IMO, this package should only include the resources that it requires for its templates (and possibly widgets) to work.
Other packages should not depend on this package to deliver all bootstrap resources. There's other packages that do this better, like js.bootstrap. Moreover, production sites frequently include their own compressed versions of these resources.
