Updated the error div #5

Updated the error div to use the 'alert alert-block alert-error' classes. Add alert heading.

The "Error!" in the alert heading is not translatable. I'm find with the merge if we remove the heading altogether.

Cools, I'm going to close these pull requests and update the commit to yank out the h4.
