Some language codes seems to be different in new version of TinyMCE.
Deform translation domain was previously used for translating language codes but it did not work correctly. For all languages that exist in deform, language code translations were added, so TinyMCE gets correctly translated. For all parts added by kotti (in kottibrowser) there are no new translations, just the german and french that were already there before.
If new language gets added to deform, than the language code in kotti_tinymce has to be updated as well
