PySUS usage

There is a GitHub project that presents a python package for an API for downloading DATASUS data.

The package is at pypi, but unfornately I could not use pip install directly using the cloned GitHub project.

I was able to create the docker image useing the Dockerfile provided, and was able to run some examples.

Some issues I ran into:

• Depending on the size of the download database, my PC memory explodes, the PC freezes and I am not able to load the data. One example is when loading SINASC data from São Paulo. I was able to load it using Google Colab, though.
• I could not create a fresh docker image using the github repo, I supose it is some kind of problem with the cffi_modules parameter of the setup.py file. I could install it using the GitHub repo at Google Colab, so it may be a Windows particularity.
