Headers in sent mail #90

Rietveld sends review messages via mail to all recipients.

However, it seems that it does not add any headers in the messages that
could be used to easily filter the mails (eg. to a separate folder). Adding
eg. 

    X-Rietveld-Issue: ISSUENUMBER

header to the mails would be useful for many purposes.

The App Engine API for sending mail does not allow setting arbitrary headers.
