[Issue]: OBS Blade broken on OBS >30.0 #84

OBS Blade seems to be broken and can't connect to the websocket on the latest release of OBS. Works fine on any version lower than 30.0.

Just ran into this issue as well. Running OBS 30.2.2, tested that it ain't a websocket issue (worked fine). OBS Blade is for some reason not connecting, even when everything is correct.

On my latest OBS 30.2.3 - no connection issues at all. Everything works fine.

schauihst commented 2 weeks ago

the issue is related to the windows Firewall Settings. I was able to reproduce it. if i deactivvate the windows firewall i can connect.

May add a excemption for the ports in firewall.

regards

Can confirm this. Disabled the PRIVATE Network Firewall, and OBS Blade was able to auto-discover almost immediately. Re-enabled, and discovery failed. Added a Program Exception (Allow app through firewall) for OBS executable, and discovery worked again.

OS: WIndows 10 Pro, 10.0.19045 OBS 30.2.3 OBS Blade: 3.2.0 (via Android Pixel 7).
