Use of <kbd> as per https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/kbd since HTML is valid in Markdown. Use of "strg" is a very german-only thing (even the French and Japanese have Ctrl written on their keyboards) and might be more fitting on a translated page (though even there, translating names can be confusing).
