Add LinkAce guest URL as option for sharing #678

If guest access is enabled, LinkAce guest URLs should be present as an option for sharing links, lists and tags. This way users can share their stuff with guests without manually editing the shared URL.

Foot note about this: links currently have no public page so sharing it with guests would make no sense anyway. Lists and tags have no share links yet.

Why not just let the public/private setting handle this? If it's public, guests can see it; if not, they can't.
