German Translation Update #749

Minor Updates: Cosmetic and Translation

  1. 'display_mode_cards_detailed' had wrong German translation.
  2. Changed 'single-simple.blade.php' to move the private 'lock' symbol after the link name (as it is in the list view) and out of the Link itself.
