Fix Game Restart #24

We need to rewrite the game restarting code so that we don't have terrible performance issues.

I am losing fps performance when playing consecutive games without quitting.

How are you playing consecutive games without quitting? I didn't know that was even possible....

At the high score screen you can click either new game or quit

I know, I'm just surprised that the New Game button works at all; I thought it still created copies of the game
