Massmove: Only listening to admin permission #27

Massmove is only moving people if they have administrator and not only the Move members permission.

Tested with Account with Adminstrator, then testing with someone having permission to enter the voice channels and the Move Members permission.

If the move member permission is given globally it should just work, however if its given on a channel per channel basis then it might bug out and I would have to develop a possible fix for that.

Just checked again, move members is set on globally, voice channels themselves go off global and it only moves people if person is set to an administrator.

For general permissions everything but Admin, Manage Server and Manage Channels is off, and everything is on for Voice permissions, when administrator is turned on works as intended. Voice channels go off global settings.
