Can't adjust desktop mirror mode. #146

This is only partially an issue but as we're all trying to make sure VR gets it's momentum, I'd like to be able to do two things with the mirrored window on the desktop. Single eye (hopefully filled screen, I've seen this in some games, whereas something like the way it is now, there are black bars on the sides of the single eye).

Two, FULLSCREEN please. This of course is also for the mirrored window on the desktop. These features allow others in the room to enjoy / keep up with what is going on. Otherwise, awesome work!

Chiming in here. I'd love this as a feature!! For those exact reasons

Fullscreen doesn't work in Doom 3. It completely interferes with Windows. I accidentally made the mistake of running it without the Rift plugged in and it defaults to fullscreen. It was a huge pain. It has always been that way. I'm surprised they didn't fix it for BFG edition. So I'm not going to implement fullscreen.

But I can take a look at the other options.

On the rift, you can set vr_stereoMirror to 0 in the console and you can get a single eye view. Shouldn't be too hard to allow custom window sizing - we'll look into it.
