I am having a problem with analog turning. When I turn using the analog stick, there is about a 90 degree dead zone (45 degrees to both left and right of center mass/center chest) when turning/switch directions. If I turn right or left long enough I start turning, and can keep turning the same direction as quickly as I press the stick. If I were to then switch directions, I need to bridge the 90 degree gap before I actually notice that I'm turning (the virtual body is turning, but head orientation remains unaltered until the dead zone has been traversed.)
Is there some setting that I need to change to make this gap disappear? I use a standard desk chair, so I have decent rotation, but sometimes I need the joystick to assist turning fast enough to navigate corridors. Not turning as soon as I press the stick causes me to get physically sick in the rift.
