PDA is stock UAC logo and otherwise blank #185

I think the implementation is great.

I am playing on Vive. My PDA does not open. Clicking the button to bring up the PDA results in my character pulling it up by hand, but there is nothing on the PDA other than the UAC logo. The logo is also reversed, i.e., a mirror image of the true logo. If I wave my finger over it, I can hear the beeps and other sounds of interaction, but I can't tell what I am clicking on.

I've seen this issue once before - it turned out to be a corrupted install. Try reinstalling the mod using the 021 zip file available on the releases page. You should be able to install it on top of the existing install. Let me know if that fixes the issue.

Thank you for the reply.

Your fix solved the issue. Note that I first reinstalled from the 021 EXE (before realizing that you had suggested the ZIP file) and the issue persisted. Once I installed from the ZIP, the problem was solved.

Thanks, I'll have to check the installer to see whats causing the issue in the upcoming release. Sorry for the issue, glad it's working now!

I am also having this same issue. I have tried the unzip solution above and it hasn't fixed the problem. Any other suggestions?

Follow-up. Re-installed full game and now it is working.

You had reinstalled the full game from scratch after deinstalling it and used the zip file to install the mod ? And then it works ?

Ok it works finally after having re installed from scratch and used the zip version only instead of the installer. It works almost great , there are a few bugs though.

To fix I reinstalled from the zip without uninstalling.
