Crash loading new level #260

When I go through airlock from alpha labs 2 going to 3 at end of level after first encounter with spiders, game goes back to main menu with console command open and I cant type or do anything just have to close exe.

Do you happen to have one of the hi def texture packs installed?

The same problem is happening to me, I do have the texture pack installed
