Weird errors with the quest, including snap turn errors. #353

I am playing via oculus link to my quest, and find when I turn using snap turn, the image of wear I have turned briefly flashes up, like a sort of screen lag. It's difficult to exactly describe, but it is similar to screen tearing.

I have a good PC, and have played several VR games via my link, so I don't think it's directly performance related.

When I play via virtual desktop, I don't get any lag whilst snap turning, however, the game then does randomly crash. I have also noticed that when I play virtual desktop, I will sometimes turn to the left for no reason.

Just a few weird errors I haven't been able to see anyone else post.

This version experience some rare crash. Itis too bad, but we can't fix them totally, you may experiement these. They often comes when there is some fireball or explosion.

For lag when snap turn, it may be some compression issue : during snap turn the screen have a lots of changes, it may need more bandwidth at this time. Have you test the differents movement mode ? like teleport and teleport+dash ? I don't remenber but dash, may affect snap turn.

Analog turning does seem to be smoother, however, I do have similar visual glitches whilst moving at any speed. Teleport I tried briefly and didn't see issues but turned it off as I don't use it in other games if I can avoid it.

Is there a way of increasing turn sensitivity, so that the analogue turn is faster? I couldn't see a setting, but I thought if I increased it, I could use it like a snap turn. Doesn't quite explain the general visual glitches, I changed a few graphical settings, but didn't see any difference in it.
