RB Doom PBR #387

Any plans on getting the PBR shader fork of RB Doom integrated with your branch NPi2Loup?

Actually, I don't spend any more time on this code. I don't intend to add it, sorry.

Maybe someone else could do it :)

I will take care of this. I'm going to merge this fork with the latest DX12 / Vulkan work of RBDOOM-3-BFG. The RBDOOM-3-BFG 1.5.0 release is almost ready and after that I have more time to sync everything. It might be in several steps and that I merge RBDOOM-3-BFG 1.4.0 first because that still supported OpenGL and is nearer to the current implementation.

Ho wow really? I was about to re-re-restart a new gameplay with this mod but just saw your comment (never tried RB-Doom personnally, but looks sick). I navigated a bit in your github but only saw some olds VR branches, is it still in your plan to merge this mod in yours? Really interested, so just asking :)

This is being delayed because Samson considers a reboot on the latest RBDoom using OpenXR instead of the old OpenVR implementation.

Doom3BFG VR seems to be far behind Doom3Quest, so don't forget to promote it! (I would be happy if you also pay attention to sub-option MODs such as manual reload)

@RobertBeckebans, Hello! Any updates on this? I checked the RBDOOM3 github and saw the samsonvr and other vr rendering branches you created. Can we expect RBDOOM3-BFG-VR soon?
