Dictionary READMEs missing from wheel distributions #60

The README file for the dictionaries (https://github.com/Kozea/Pyphen/tree/main/pyphen/dictionaries) do not seem to be part of the binary wheels to provide full copyright information. They probably should be shipped as well or merged into one big third-party license file when building the wheel.

Apparently, the PyPI release is just older than the relevant README changes. PIP_INDEX_URL=https://pypi.org/simple python -m build . does indeed include the README files when running from the current main branch.
