</html>Ok, if you add a border in @page you can see that the page margin is always the same, but sometimes the page break happens to be between two paragraphs. In that case we should suppress the margins at the break. But we don’t, and so the <p>’s margin adds to the page margin.
This is a bug in WeasyPrint that needs to be fixed. In the meantime, you can try and work around this with something like p { margin-top: 0 } (keeping only margin-bottom.)

When there is a (page) break between blocks, the (collapsed) margin at this point should be ignored. In particular, the content on the next page should start at the top of the page, ignoring any

I have inconsistent margins. All the odd pages seem to have the same top and bottom margins and all the even pages seem to have the same top and bottom margins but they are different from each other. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug.
