Support embedding video #1732

It would be great if <video> HTML tags became rich media tags for embedding videos in the PDFs.

I think video support is an Adobe Extension to the PDF standard, but it seems to be supported by most readers.

It seems to be covered in section 13.2 in this document:

A brief look makes it look like it is very similar to images, so it might be easy to support.
