$300 Bounty: OHLC Candlestick Charts #426

I love pygal and how easily it integrates within our systems -- so we are offering a $300 bounty to anyone that can make OHLC candlestick charts a part of pygal! This would be a good starting point, I'd assume.

Depending on the comprehensiveness, up to $500 may be rewarded.

@hanyoonLDA yes, interested. Please provide an example chart for reference. Specify variation between 300-500 in terms of comprehensiveness.
