removed tar binary added gz extraction #21

added small offsets for certain device on certain iOS versions and the code to extract the tar gz file instead of using a binary in the project other than the app binary itself. I removed all other code I changed for testing purposes on my device, so this will only work for whatever devices it currently works on maybe included iPhone 15.4.1 compatibility.

What is tarOG? BTW you can rebase to latest commit.

A copy of your original tar binary I left there. Had to repackage it into a gz file and didn't know if it needed an updated .tc for it so I redid the tar.tc to include both versions and checks which is needed to load
