Screenshot_1 only for this message i dont see color code but for other for example antivpn i see

this is the general kick message on spigot, maybe the color are disabled to prevent log4j exploit (fixed in all spigot version so you need to update the server.jar). Can i know what is your server version?

it working for other message like antivpn, only for this no. also i have reaper and all colors i see
