Title. Cant spawn things, give people admin, etc at all.

You can also use openmods /help command

Sorry this wasn't an issue with the plugin, it was a bizarre error caused by something else.

It would still be appreciated if the github main page still featured a place to view all commands and permissions as an alternative to reading the in-files help.md even if it was a copy-paste
