Not basic stuff - if it is so basic feel free to contribute it yourself. To make a performance-friendly implementation of what I think you're getting at one would have to hook items being requested to be taken by the player and inventory loading in general, which is certainly not 'basic'
I don't know what you mean by 'item blacklist'. Items that no player can have? Items that only some players can have?
That said, considering this sounds like a fun project will begin working on this after my pushes.
Item blacklist is missing which is basic stuff.
