I am having a really hard time getting permissions for the kits so anyone can use the command. It would be really nice if you can post a page with permissions on it with the command or something like that. Thank you.

Permissions don't seem to work when OpenMod's permission system is set to use LDM/Rocket mod's one, yea.

That would be rather an openmod issue
