hardcode highlight style to mark #7

+1, at least hope to kind of like separating text-color style from those other four background-color styles to allow users to add them simultaneously. I tried to use highlightr to add background-color tags and meanwhile using painter to add text-color tags, but it seems that they are not compatible with each other.

painter is supposed to be backwards-compatible with highlightr, so for now, i made it that old notes highlighted with highlightr get recognized by painter as well. i'll try to think of some good way of separating them

I want it to be very flexible if I can, and I can even style an option with css
