Conflict with Omnivore highlights #8

Upon enabling both omnivore and painter plugins, the highlighted notes imported by omnivore is not visible. Highlights done using standard markdown syntax == is also not visible.

thank you for opening the issue. this is already known and will be fixed. it's tracked in #4
