Top-level indicator of whether a plugin is enabled/disabled #51

It'd be nice to not have to go inside of the plugin to see if it's enabled. An example method would be to dim the icon beside disabled plugin names by 50% or so, and to have it 100% bright to indicate enabled.

Implemented and will be in the next release (0.7.0)
