unable to create a "watch tv" scene that enables one harmony activity and other homekit devices #65

I'm trying to create a "watch tv" scene that activates my harmony hub Apple TV activity but also turns on a custom led light strip being controlled by a raspberry pi. The led strip appears as it's own device under home kit. I can add the harmony hub to a scene as well as add my led light strip. However i can't seem to be able to specify what activity to execute. Am i doing something wrong? or is this just not supported? If the activities appeared as a device i think i could enable what i want. thanks for any insight on this issue

Some more information: I'm using the Insteon+ app to configure HomeKit. I'm running iOS 9.3.3. I can see the harmony hub device. When I edit the device I can see my three activities show up as "Siri control" items. I've set them all to "light bulb" device types.

In the Insteon+ app I'm not able to individually switch on or off each of my activities independently. I don't see them as seperate controllable devices that I'm able to control on or off. I only see the harmony hub device.

On my wife's iPhone that is running iOS 10. In the apple "Home" app I can see each activity as a device that I can control. I can turn each one on or off.

is there anything I can do so that my Insteon+ app has switches for each activity?

I just paid for the 15 dollar home app available in the Apple Store. Much better than Insteon+ which is free and has not been updated in over a year. A bit expensive but I think it will solve my issue with creating scenes. It appears Insteon+ just does not let you treat the "Siri control" activities as switches.
