Custom widgets - different theme results depending on environment

With gwt.xml containing entries for vertx-vaadin, and the custom widgets used for testing:

With \@Theme set to "krail":

• On Vertx, application functions but there is no theme / CSS
• Using container, works correctly
• generating war and running on non-Container Tomcat is the same as Vertx

With \@Theme set to "ValoTheme.THEME_NAME":

All function correctly except the custom components are not visible, that is, there is no theme / CSS

Identified as a combination of:

• vaadinThemeCompile is not a dependency of vaadinCompile, and must therefore be invoked explicitly
• browser caching
• losing the styles.scss file somewhere in trying to diagnose the problem
