Improve test coverage #1

When these utilities were extracted from Krail, many of the tests could not be migrated - they use Krail specific elements.

As Krail is the main user of this library, this is not an urgent issue (the tests are still there), but there should really be more tests in this library itself

Example uk.q3c.util.TreeCopyTest2 uses a Vaadin tree
