When editing large areas one might erroneously touch roads, which one didn't want to change. As the upload window suggests, one reads the list of roads, that will be updated. Unfortunately it is not possible to edit this list anymore, except do not upload anything and try to undo certain steps manually, which is either hard to find or impossible (at least I did not find a way to do this).
So I'd suggest to make it possible to select certain roads in the upload window and remove them from the upload list.
