Like in JOSM i would love a function in Merkaartor to create changesets and i would love a checkbox on Upload like "Do not close the changeset", so i can upload some edited stuff already but i do not need to close the changeset yet".
Sometimes i see that i did not tagged the roads correctly and i need to upload them again to a new changeset. I would prefer if there were a changeset handling and Merkaartor presents while uploading open changesets if they exists and there were a checkbox in the upload dialogue named "Do not close the changeset".
