why not if we have ~/.config/Merkaartor/

Status changed from New to In ProgressPriority changed from Normal to LowProblem here is that ~/.config/Merkaartor/ "belongs" to Qt. ~/.config is the way Qt store the settings on Linux, but not in Windows.

I'd have to check Qt guidelines to see if they "allow" other files in there...
