It would be nice if I could share the TangoGPS tile cache with Merkaator. In TangoGPS, each tile source is associated with a URL pattern, a directory and tiles are stored as

///.png. Merkaator would need to allow users to associate each type of tile source with a different directory and also use the TangoGPS subdirectory scheme.

I don't see the benefit in this, please, reopen in the new tracker if you do.
